It's been almost 2 weeks since we arrived in this lush paradise just outside of Seattle. Moving our family here was one of the hardest things we've ever done. We left Las Vegas in a "life fog". Between health scares, being hit by a drunk driver and a peppering of a family wedding all within the last week - we felt as if the ship were sinking. By the grace of God, we're here and we're all together. And so the fog is lifting - and it's beautiful.
Goodbye desert. Goodbye friends, for now. Until we meet again.
